My BDIX Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

Welcome to My BDIX. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between you (the member) and My BDIX (the platform). By accessing mybdix.pro or using the My BDIX mobile app, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all of these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the My BDIX platform. All members are encouraged to read these terms and conditions in full and with care.

Deposits on My BDIX can be made via popular mobile banking services available in Bangladesh. All deposits are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200 (two hundred taka).
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.

• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier.

My BDIX regularly offers various bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with specific terms that members must follow. Failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The welcome bonus applies to new members on their first deposit only.
• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement (WR) — typically between 10x and 30x.
• If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be deducted.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or device are not permitted.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the bonus period expires.
• Certain games may have restrictions on the use of bonus funds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the My BDIX platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion — multiple players deliberately working together to benefit one party.
• Submitting false information or forged identification documents.
• Use of a third-party credit card or payment account.

My BDIX reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If KYC verification fails.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• By order of a court or law enforcement authority.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

In the event of account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member. However, if fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited. Members may also request account closure at any time.

• Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties.
